Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement: By purchasing a cell phone plan with cellular services provided by Karrier One Inc., you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Payment: You agree to pay the monthly fees associated with your cell phone plan, including any taxes or additional charges. Payment is due on the date specified on your invoice.

3. Usage: You agree to use the cellular services for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes.

4. Termination: The cell phone plan may be terminated by either party with prior written notice. Termination of the plan will not affect any outstanding fees or charges.

5. Device: You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own device for use with the cellular services.

6. Abuse: Any abuse of the cellular services or its features will result in immediate termination of the plan, including but not limited to excessive usage, hacking, or unauthorized access to network resources.

7. Fraud: Any fraudulent activity involving the cell phone plan or its services, including but not limited to stolen devices, unauthorized charges, or false representation, will result in immediate termination of the plan and may result in legal action.

8. Network: You acknowledge that the cellular services rely on network infrastructure, and the availability and quality of the service may be impacted by external factors beyond our control.

9. Data Usage: You agree to abide by the fair use policy of Karrier One Inc., which limits data usage to a reasonable amount as determined by Karrier One Inc. Data usage in excess of the reasonable amount may result in additional charges or service restrictions.

10. International Roaming: International roaming services may be available for an additional fee. Charges for international roaming services will be billed separately and may be subject to additional fees and charges.

11. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Karrier One Inc. harmless from any damages or losses resulting from your use of the cellular services.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the plan was purchased.

13. Changes: We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time with prior notice to you. Your continued use of the cellular services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

By purchasing a cell phone plan with cellular services provided by Karrier One Inc., you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
